Mongolia is also known as Mongolian Republic or Mongol Uls. Its capital is located at Ulan Bator and some of the largest cities are Darhan and Erdenet. Total area is 1,565,000 sq.km and population  is 2,791,272. Languages spoken are Mongolian. Currency for exchange is Tugrik.

Date of Independence is 11th July,1921. The Mongolian People`s Republic, formerly known as Outer Mongolia, lies on Central Asia with Russia to the north and China to the south, east and west.

It is one of the world`s oldest countries.
The great Mongol warrior Genghis Khan (1162-1227) founded the Mongol world empire.
