IACA gong association.
Good morning.
Do you represent the association in Wollongong, New south
wales, Australia.
I am a member of the association in Wollongong.
Association name.
I (M.S.R.S-Choudhary) have recently joined the association IACA gong as an
outsider and i do not hold any strategic work importance. I represented the
association as a migrant from Indian republic. I did visit the place.
Alright so how comfortable are you with the
association/organization?
I being a part of the association do not
hold any strategic importance to the council. I believe this was done so that I
can be comfortable with people holding strategic importance. I am still a
member of the organization which makes me comfortable.
Would you explain the history of the association?
This association was formed for immigrants. I
being an immigrant wanted to be a part of the organization. There might be
others who might be native, first generation, second generation or would be
members who would like to take part in the activities and of possible serve the
community. This association was formed in the late 1990`s. It is located in
Wollongong in the state of New south wales, Australia.
You mentioned about activities would you like to
participate.
Certainly, if there is an opportunity to put forth an
activity or a group performance act I could be interested to
take part in the event.
How often does the organization meet?
Council activities are tightly scheduled it is hard to
obtain a leave or free time for association activities. There is an event chart
where people perform and members or would be members are allowed.
Major/minor responsibility you would like to take part.
I would like to organize community activities and be updated
with the organization. Knowledge I gained about the association is very little
and I have a lot of homework to do before becoming member.
If you have an advice what would that be?
Completing homework about the association would give me a
complete knowledge and also contribute to organization development.
How would you describe this place to other members?
This organization is a wonderful place for people to meet.
Immigrants with permanent residency have lots of takeaways from the
organization such as group activities and knowledge about fellow members of the
community. There are other organizations present in the vicinity but I prefer
this place not to say that I do not visit other places of importance.

Snake at Wollongong.
A wild life animal known as the green viper snake was rescued from hilltop avenue in the year 4/June/2012. An emergency call was made from hilltop avenue after capturing the snake. Later authorities captured and took away the snake. No person was harmed during the entire operation.The entire operation took 20 minutes. Website to know more about animals is Wildlife animals.

Westpac banking corporation is a large conglomerate with branches across wollongong, new south wales, Australia. Westpac has many employees working to cater the needs of its customers. Various different kinds of services are provided through online, offline, atm, branches and through vendor establishments. These establishments which tend to avail services of Westpac are huge in number and they tend to meet a definitive target.
I witnessed problems with westpac corporation. Its online banking and credit cards are not working to their capacity recently. Issue has been escalated to establishment and appropriate response has to be gathered from the organization. This was the first time such an incident has happened may be it is due to their automatic controls which get triggered when an account value increases over time or when value gets eroded. Westpac banking corporation may have necessary controls in place to tackle the issue and make appropriate recommendations to its customers.
Reply from westpac would sort out problems and make changes so that credit cards and banking through internet remains steady and progressive. May be it is the usage of electronic equipment which they provided was not handled properly and this triggered protocols and made matter worst.

Three mobile service.
Case study of three mobiles.
Customer brought an handset to dial local and international calls. These calls are billed according to the tariffs set by 3 mobile phone service. This service was brought by the customer. Unfortunately this dumb customer did not understand the various ways in which service could be used for benefit. Customer was ignorant to the fact that there is a billing mechanism which adds on his regular plan on over usage. This ignorance of the fact made him approach customer service to negotiate about billing services.
This negotiation made customer to make repeated calls to customer service. Lack of understanding customer service approach made him to loose valuable amount of money and time in deciphering ways to pay his bills. Bills got pilled up and money to pay was not resolved in time with customer service of 3 telephony service. This lack of understanding and not catering to the service made him loose his credibility to pay bills.
Unfortunately 3 telephone service defaulted in providing service to the customer. Customer who was unable to comprehend the nature of service being handed to him defaulted in using his telephone service to meet the needs. This lack of good approach basics made him to fail in receiving service of 3 telephones.
After certain time he tried in vain to retrieve his service contract with 3 telephone service provider. Unfortunately he has to negotiate with another service provider and make him understand as to why he defaulted and did not pay his dues at appropriate time. A contract was sent to his email address which he should honor and make his commitment to pay bill.
Customer telephone got locked and he is unable to operate his account or use his Samsung telephone provided by 3 telephone service. He wanted to approach Samsung to unlock his account but on his contract with 3 telephones it is clearly stated that he cannot unlock with any other service provider but only with 3 mobile phones.
Reply by 3 telephone service:
All 3 mobiles sold by three (3) are locked to our network. When you call us, we can supply with an unlock code to release your handset.
How exactly customer would negotiate with 3 telephone service and make it accessible for further use in future has to be known.
