Three mobile service.

Case study of three mobiles.

Customer brought an handset to dial local and international calls. These calls are billed according to the tariffs set by 3 mobile phone service. This service was brought by the customer. Unfortunately this dumb customer did not understand the various ways in which service could be used for benefit. Customer was ignorant to the fact that there is a billing mechanism which adds on his regular plan on over usage. This ignorance of the fact made him approach customer service to negotiate about billing services.

This negotiation made customer to make repeated calls to customer service. Lack of understanding customer service approach made him to loose valuable amount of money and time in deciphering ways to pay his bills. Bills got pilled up and money to pay was not resolved in time with customer service of 3 telephony service. This lack of understanding and not catering to the service made him loose his credibility to pay bills.

Unfortunately 3 telephone service defaulted in providing service to the customer. Customer who was unable to comprehend the nature of service being handed to him defaulted in using his telephone service to meet the needs. This lack of good approach basics made him to fail in receiving service of 3 telephones.

After certain time he tried in vain to retrieve his service contract with 3 telephone service provider. Unfortunately he has to negotiate with another service provider and make him understand as to why he defaulted and did not pay his dues at appropriate time. A contract was sent to his email address which he should honor and make his commitment to pay bill.

Customer telephone got locked and he is unable to operate his account or use his Samsung telephone provided by 3 telephone service. He wanted to approach Samsung to unlock his account but on his contract with 3 telephones it is clearly stated that he cannot unlock with any other service provider but only with 3 mobile phones. 

Reply by 3 telephone service:
All 3 mobiles sold by three (3) are locked to our network. When you call us, we can supply with an unlock code to release your handset.

How exactly customer would negotiate with 3 telephone service and make it accessible for further use in future has to be known.
