ICICI bank was requested for financial assistance for migrating overseas. Unfortunately bankers denied financial assistance to the customers. It was stated that provisions for loans are not provided. Further information about assistance for overseas foreigners could be obtained at
Reserve bank of India. Additionally several emails were sent to customer service regarding an appointment with managers. Further development would be known according to negotiations between ICICI and their customers.
